East Roswell Park is
home to one of the most popular disc golf courses in Georgia – one that’s rapidly gaining a national reputation
as a great place to play. An 18-hole course located in a heavily wooded area of the park dedicated to disc golf, East Roswell
Park DGC offers disc golfers of all levels and ages an opportunity to test and improve their game. Three sets of tee pads
per hole ensure that whenever and however you play, there’s an enjoyable experience waiting for you.
From the Pro (Black) tees, the overall course distance is nearly
6000 feet, with plenty of tight fairways that keep even players with “big arms” honest. The installation of concrete
tee pads for the Black tees in February 2009 provided the world’s top players with surer footing as they took on ERP
in the first and second rounds of the 4th Annual Atlanta Open in March – Atlanta’s first PDGA National Tour event
in recent memory.

Twelve-time
World Champ Ken Climo took home his second consecutive Atlanta Open title after two rounds each at ERP and Cumming’s
Central Park course. Many of these top-rated players praised the course as a challenging and enjoyable course to play.
The Blue and Red tees on each hole provide a more manageable
challenge for younger or more casual players. The overall distance from the Red tees is approximately 4700 feet, but it’s
still no “walk in the park”, with elevation changes and plenty of trees ensuring that shot selection and execution
are vital to a respectable score.
